The skill assessment team believes that merely mastering skills and knowledge is not sufficient to ensure high-quality performance.
Training in Specialized and Standard Skills
The belief of the Skills Assessment Team is that an individual’s mastery of skills and knowledge is not a sufficient condition for performing a job with quality. In this approach, the specialized Skills Assessment Team provides two types of services.
In the first type of service, in addition to preparing an appropriate job description, a comprehensive report on the psychological, physical, and cognitive characteristics required for that job is generated and presented to four other teams.
In the second type of service, for individuals requesting an assessment of general indicators including cognitive performance, psychology, nutrition, and sports physiology, the Skills Team can propose a suitable career path to the individual after receiving the results from the four other teams and consulting with the scientific director.
