The skill assessment team believes that merely mastering skills and knowledge is not sufficient to ensure high-quality performance.
When working with individuals, the specialized skill assessment team supports the Five-Dimensional Human initiative through two types of services:
First Type of Service: The team extracts specific job descriptions from credible sources and prepares a comprehensive report detailing the psychological, physical, and cognitive attributes required for each job. This report is then shared with the other four specialized teams (Cognitive Performance, Psychology and Counseling, Nutrition, and Sports Physiology).
Second Type of Service: For individuals who approach the institution to assess the general indicators of the four teams (Cognitive Performance, Psychology and Counseling, Nutrition, and Sports Physiology), the skill assessment team can, upon request, provide a career pathway recommendation. This recommendation is based on the analysis of the results from the four teams, conducted in consultation with the scientific team led by the Cognitive Performance team.
This report serves as the individual’s Skill Profile, offering a tailored career pathway based on the integrated analysis of their psychological, cognitive, physical, and nutritional assessments.
