Job Skills Assessment – Optimizing Jobs Through Precise Skill Evaluation

In this method, we design a strategic process within the organization to identify and evaluate the skills required for a job, aiming to improve performance and achieve the organization’s primary goals.

To assess the skills for each job, we utilize comprehensive, diverse, and up-to-date tools and methods from around the world. These tools enable organizations to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each job and, based on these insights, design and implement targeted training and career development programs.

The result of this process is the enhancement of skill levels, increased productivity, and continuous progress in the professional growth path of a job. Additionally, by accurately identifying developmental needs, the organization can make the best decisions regarding resource allocation and development. This approach ensures that skill standards, aligned with global benchmarks, are integrated into the job. In the context of future studies, emerging job skills and their key evaluation indicators are presented in impactful reports, enabling organizations to develop skilled and happy workforces.

This project is managed and led by the Job Skills Assessment Team, with the idea that changes in the four dimensions—cognitive brain performance, psychology, sports physiology, and nutrition—can be referenced and measured in the skill improvement indicators. The impact of each dimension is evaluated based on its contribution to the desired outcomes.

Furthermore, the project is designed in a way that the reports, including the results of the Five-Dimensional Human team’s efforts and the self-reported data from organizational members, are continually reviewed and studied to ensure timely corrections and improvements are identified and implemented. All results are reviewed by a specialized committee, whose members are selected and introduced by the organization.
