Cognitive Performance of the Brain
The cognitive performance of the brain is designed and implemented with specific mechanisms to meet the needs of individuals. Individuals can visit the institute to request a general assessment of cognitive functions or to measure the cognitive performance levels relevant to a specific job through important and impactful indicators.
The Cognitive Performance Team identifies general cognitive performance indicators in relation to the desired job, as well as the specific cognitive performance indicators that influence that job, which are extracted from credible sources. Job descriptions are prepared by the Skills Assessment Team and provided to the Cognitive Performance Team for this purpose.
In this area, the individual is evaluated and analyzed from the perspective of cognitive performance related to their job. Subsequently, a cognitive performance profile is provided to the individual.
It is important to note that this assessment does not evaluate the necessary aspects for job-environment cognitive performance, as it is clear that one can only be satisfied in a job when it is performed in an appropriate work environment. Remember that good evaluation results in this area do not necessarily guarantee an individual’s success from the perspective of cognitive job performance.
