Psychology and Career Counseling
Psychology and Career Counseling Services (Compatibility)
The Psychology and Career Counseling Team, with an approach focused on general psychological and behavioral understanding, identifies high-risk indicators in the workplace that may be more vulnerable to changes and their resulting challenges. Counseling sessions are then conducted based on the status of the identified indicators.
For individuals with specific career goals, the psychology team, referencing the job description provided by the skill assessment team (designed based on the individual’s objectives), identifies major psychological and behavioral risks that may arise from each job. Following this, counseling sessions and behavioral analysis are conducted based on the obtained indicators.
The results not only highlight the individual’s mental and behavioral conditions relative to the personality of the desired job but also allow the team to better understand the current psychological and emotional state. Through consultation with the psychology team, the most suitable and compatible career path, aligned with the individual’s psychological profile, is recommended to the skill assessment team.
After the recognition phase, a Psychological and Career Compatibility Profile is provided to the individual.
