The product of the five-dimensional human is shaped by the interplay between each individual’s spirit and body, and the organization’s personality, ideology, and objectives, which are based on the personalities of different organizational roles. This interplay focuses on aligning the personality of a job role with a targeted skill set, alongside the physical, spiritual, psychological, and even cognitive brain function of each individual. This ensures that each person is fully utilizing their capabilities to perform tasks that advance organizational goals, leading to organizational satisfaction. The 5-Dimensional Human: Comprehensive Analysis for Achieving Job Alignment
In this report, which is based on asset quality, we approach the identification of human capital as a non-current asset within the category of intangible assets on one hand, and emphasize the importance of asset quality on the other. The issue of aligning the employee (the five-dimensional human) with their job—ranging from absolute incompatibility (mismatch between job and employee) to change or correction—is considered as ‘asset quality control’ or ‘improvement’ of the output of this product. In general, this product is deliverable in two phases: identification and improvement.

It is evident that success is more accessible with knowledge, and any improvement requires a thorough understanding of the current situation. Implementing this project gives both individuals and legal entities the opportunity to take the first step toward improvement by gaining insight into themselves or the quality of their human capital, thus designing a more effective path to progress.
Due to the complexity of implementation and the need to observe very specific connection points between the four elements and their coordination with the fifth dimension (skill assessment), the design and execution structure of this product have been carried out in a highly scientific and meticulous manner. Sustaining the consistent implementation of the developed and presented programs is one of the challenges of this project, and its effective execution depends on the cooperation of the individuals (natural and legal persons) themselves.
Our product is the simultaneous identification of the five dimensions of a human (for the first time) and the assessment of the alignment between the job personality and the employee using defined profiles. The primary goal of this work is to diagnose compatibility or incompatibility and, if necessary, improve the employee’s impact on the job. Conducting multiple targeted tests by experts in each field (within each of the five elements) and designing individual programs along with continuous monitoring, combined with the ability to record results, provides highly valuable information to individuals and organizations.
For individuals, the 5-Dimensional Human project is designed for two models of approach and request. The first model provides services to individuals who, within the sub-categories of the 5-Dimensional Human model, require general knowledge with the designed indicators focused on their job personality and the suggestion of a workspace suitable to their personality.
If an individual requests further services, they can utilize the comprehensive 5-Dimensional Human package or select individual services within three-month, six-month, nine-month, and one-year programs.
During the service period, their presence at the locations specified in the contract will be monitored and assessed, and the progress of changes will be documented in written reports with specific applications and provided to them. At the end of each three-month period, a comprehensive report will be designed and provided by the Cognitive Center team, including an initial status report, the current status, a comparison with past performance, and necessary future plans for the individual.
For individuals, we conduct an initial assessment and prepare a profile of their current situation. For legal entities (organizations and institutions), in addition to the services mentioned for individuals, we also provide development and improvement services at their designated location (which provides verifiable and objective evidence of effectiveness).
In our second model, we work with individuals who have specific academic and career goals and, consequently, a clear vision for their future career. Based on the individual’s area of expertise, the 5-Dimensional Human project views them as if they were employed in a specific job within an organization. Therefore, the entire 5-Dimensional Human journey is indexed based on their desired job personality. We provide the individual with information and reports regarding their assessment, current status, and appropriate solutions. This phase can mark the end of our collaboration with the individual. However, if the individual requests support to strengthen and optimize their path toward their goals, we will accompany them through an addendum to the initial contract. Based on one of the 5-Dimensional Human dimensions—sports physiology—we will facilitate the individual’s access to sports facilities or designated related centers, and provide them with reports containing their current status based on defined indicators, and changes in the overall status of the five dimensions. After each action is taken, the individual’s profile is updated, and the results are recorded in monthly and quarterly reports and made available to them.
